Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.

You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.

USERNAMES
a. Multiple Usernames are NOT permitted. One username per individual, if subsequent usernames are found, they will be deleted without warning.
b. Derogatory Usernames are NOT permitted. Usernames that are created to degrade someone/something else will be deleted without warning.
c. Usernames that are deemed NWS are NOT permitted. Such usernames include using offensive words. Usernames in violation will be determined by staff and will be warned to change.
d. If you have been suspended and register using a new username you WILL be permanently banned. NO IFs, ANDs or BUTs about it.

POSTING
a. Do NOT post whore! You are not permitted to posting multiple times in a row in a thread or continually respond to your own posts to pad your post total or bump a topic.
b. Name calling, racist or negative remarks towards someone personally are NOT acceptable. If you are found to be threatening someone personally on the forum you WILL be permanently banned without warning.
c. Do NOT use questionable material that may cause offense to someone, that may cause someone to get upset and start unneccessary drama amoungst the members of the site. (Examples, religous, spiritual, racial, etc.)
d. Any material that would normally be deemed "not work safe" MUST have a [NWS] tag prefix in the topic title.
e. Be forewarned, if you post a thread using the "Ban Me" tag we will be happy to oblige and ban you!
f. YOU MUST HAVE ***50 POSTS*** to start a new thread in the classifieds.
g. If you are a new member you must introduce yourself in the Newbies section. This is the only section you are allowed to post in. After 5 quality posts you will gain access to the rest of the board minus the classifieds. Should you be suspended in Newbie status, you are done for good. It's not that hard to post quality posts.

AVATARS / SIGNATURES
a. Do NOT use anything that would be deemed "not work safe". This includes adult material of any kind.
b. Do NOT use animated images.
c. Do NOT use any html or javascript code in signatures that would inhibit the use of the forum.
d. Do NOT use over-sized images for your signature area.

a. Only sponsoring vendors are allowed to post specials / advertise on the forums.

ADMINISTRATION
a. Moderators are here to ensure that the conduct and rules are followed. In addition, they are also regular posters who have their own viewpoints and are given the same opportunity to post within the rules of the board to do so.
b. Administrative decisions made by any moderator or administrator are FINAL. Complain about them and you may certainly find yourself banned without warning.

MEMBERSHIP FEE
a. Cincinnati Street Racing has a membership of $1 per month. This grants you access to post in all aspects of the forum. The membership can be paid monthly, annually, or the option of lifetime membership.
